Andrew has more than 17 years’ experience across recruitment, domestic and globally, across interim, contract, temporary and permanent markets. He holds a degree in Psychology, as well as a degree in commerce from Victoria University, Wellington.  

Having worked in the banking industry, Andrew moved into recruitment in 1999 in London where he primarily focused on Banking and Financial Services. Within Banking he worked across a variety of roles and levels including risk and Compliance, Finance and Accounting, Front Office, Operations and Projects. In 2011, Andrew started at a leading global recruiter in Melbourne where he managed Banking, Legal and Human Resource teams which included specific Project and Change roles. Within this role Andrew was also national account director for a two major banks, and set up the diversity programme for the company.

This knowledge has allowed Andrew to have an in depth understanding of businesses and their needs, and he is able to use his knowledge to provide clients with a true consultative service that can be tailored to a company’s needs and requirements.
