Business Analyst

Essentially within business transformation the Business Analyst is responsible for gathering project requirements, and running workshops to ensure they understand current and future trends. These could relate to technology or business, or be a conduit between both to ensure the right solutions are identified and implemented.


At a more detailed level the Business Analyst will be expected to possess strong skills and experience in the following areas:


  • Analyse and evaluate business areas, often from an As Is or To Be perspective
  • Be able to elicit and document requirements by talking to relevant stakeholders
  • Able to organise, facilitate and run workshops
  • Validate and map process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder skills and ability to present findings in a clear and easy to understand format
  • The ability to understand the overall business and its needs
