Project Coordinator

At a high level the Project Coordinator provides project coordination for all business transformation activities, liaises with a wide range of stakeholders, usually internal; and can be responsible for the coordination of any workshops, meetings, and reporting within the transformation.


On a day to day basis the Project Coordinator will be expected to have excellent skills in the following:


  • Project planning tools, such as Visio, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Relationship engagement and stakeholder management experience
  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Planning, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
